ADI-mini-diary Help

How to archive your mini-diary data

  1. Open Menu and tap New Diary
  2. The message appears: 'Are you sure you want to create new diary? The current diary will be archived'

    tap Yes

Your current pupils' table will be renamed to 'Archived Pupils date time.csv'
Example: Archived Pupils 2009-01-04 15-21-13.csv

Your current lessons' tables will be renamed to 'Archived Lessons date time'
Example: Archived Lessons 2009-01-04 15-21-13

To restore the archived diary

  1. Archive current diary if needed
  2. Exit ADI-mini-diary
  3. Open File Explorer
  4. Navigate to \Program Files\ADI-mini-diary
  5. Delete Pupils.csv
  6. Delete Lessons folder
  7. Rename file: Archived Pupils 2009-01-04 15-21-13.csv to Pupils.csv
  8. Rename folder: Archived Lessons 2009-01-04 15-21-13 to Lessons
  9. Start ADI-mini-diary
