Open File Explorer on the Pocket PC, browse to Program Files — ADI-mini-diary and find ADI-mini-diary.exe with a notebook icon then tap and hold on it.

Select copy, browse the destination: Windows — Start Menu — Programs.
Select Menu — Edit — Paste Shortcut.
