Your diary can contain very sensitive information and putting it on the web-based diary can expose your data to the world. It is easier to hack onto a website that is available to the world 24/7 than to your local computer which is only connected to the internet intermittently.

The switchboard system is very secure in the sense that your data is always with you on your local computer and only accessed by you. To use this facility, you need to purchase a Remote Account which is just £ per year

You still have the option not to use it and can transfer your data using simple e-mails instead

PDA-sync module is designed to synchronize ADI-diary.NET with Pocket PC. ADI-diary.NET is a very powerful tool that uses the power of the modern computer to crunch your data which consists of hundreds of payments, invoices, expenses and mounts up over the years.

This module can transfer lessons with relevant pupil data to your PDA and reads back the information that was changed during your working day.

PDA-sync is intelligent software that can understand unformatted data (eg. 830 instead of 08:30). It keeps track of your pupils: if a pupil was not found in the main diary, a new entry is inserted – otherwise the information is updated.

Sometimes you may feel better if you have a CD-ROM of the software you purchased. During the PayPal transaction, we do not take your address.
