On every dialog box that contains data you can find three buttons

The only thing you need to do is to click the appropriate button. ADI-diary.NET will format the given data and automatically start the chosen MS Office application.

ADI-diary.NET has a built-in SMTP client that allows you to send e-mails without using a 3rd party program. However, if you prefer to use Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook, ADI-diary.NET will format the e-mail for you and start the appropriate application.
