Pupil's Balance Sheet
Every pupil in the diary has a balance sheet. You do not need to maintain it at all. Any alteration of the charges, payments or number of lessons will be immediately reflected in the pupils balance sheet, giving you the totals at the bottom of the page.

Lessons shown in red are future lessons.

Double clicking on an entry listed in the balance sheet, will display the appropriate record. If it is a lesson, then the diary will be scrolled to the correct date and time, highlighting the clicked lesson. If it is an invoice, the Invoice page will be opened, showing the invoice you want to see.
