Multi User Access
You have two options to manage access to your diary: unrestricted and restricted.

Unrestricted access never asks for a password and anybody who has access to your computer can view and change the diary. By default the access is unrestricted.

To restrict the access to the diary, go to File menu and click Users. On the page, clear Free Access button and click OK. Now, the next time you log on, you will be prompted to enter a password.

Please note:
your password for your website account is different from the Multi-user Access password.
