Inbox
This page is similar to an E-mail Inbox. All incoming data updates are placed here.
When data is successfully inserted into the diary, it is automatically moved into Processed Inbox.
Inbox Processed
When data is received, ADI-diary disconnects from the Internet and start the diary update process.
If data is successfully inserted into the diary then the update is moved into Processed Inbox,
unless option Delete processed updates is selected in Network Menu – Configuration – Incoming Data Page.
If by any reason data update cannot be processed it will stay in the Inbox.
A notification will be issued with a reason of why the data cannot be processed.
Outbox
When a record in the diary is altered, the data update is automatically inserted into Outbox.
The updates are not sent until the
Send All is clicked.
Note:
To send data updates to another computer, Mode 1 (Track diary changes) must be selected in Network Menu – Configuration.
If Mode 3 (Live Data) is selected then the data is immediately streamed over the internet without any delay.
Outbox Processed
This page is similar to an E-mail Sent Items.
When data updates are successfully sent to corresponding computers,
they are automatically moved into Processed Outbox,
unless option
Delete processed updates is selected in Network Menu – Configuration – Incoming Data Page.
Pending Page
Pending Page is similar to an E-mail Drafts.
It is designed to explore or debug data. Pending Box also can be used for temporary storage if network is overloaded.
