There are many databases on the modern market. The designers of ADI-diary.NET have chosen the award-winning DBISAM embedded database engine as their starting point. It is a fast and very stable database engine with very strong resistance to data corruption.

For compatibility reasons with previous versions, ADI-diary.NET can still work using Borland Database Engine but without supporting the Server option.
