You have two options to manage access to your diary: unrestricted and restricted.

Unrestricted access never asks for a password and anybody who has access to your computer can view and change the diary. By default the access is unrestricted.

To restrict the access to the diary, go to File menu and click Users. In the dialog box, clear Free Access button and click OK. Now, the next time you log on, you will be prompted to enter a password.

Please note: the password you are using to log on to your website Account is different from the Multi-user Access password.

To manage other users click one of the buttons in the middle of the dialog box.

Denied	Access to the user is denied
View only	The user can view the diary without ability to change the data
Operator	Full access with some restriction on diary configuration
Administrator	Full access
