Instructor's profile consists of five pages, which you can select by clicking on one of the labels on the right of the form.

Contact
Contains the personal details of the instructor, DSA information and starting date. The automatic address recognition is available in the Post Codes edit box.

To send an e-mail to the instructor, click one ellipses button.

Operating
The settings on this page can be used in the Filter or 'Find available instructor' operation. The 'Operating Post Code' field, helps you to find an instructor in a particular area.

Working hours
If a lesson is booked outside of this time, ADI-diary.NET will show the time in red, indicating that the instructor is working overtime and the instructor will not be included in the 'Find available instructor' operation.

Working days
If a day is not selected then the Diary will display a crossed header for this day, indicating that the instructor has a regular day off and the instructor will not be included in the 'Find available instructor' operation.

Vehicle
Contains the information and the photograph of the instructor's car

Connections
This page lists all the connections to other computers to which the data is sent.

We recommend not altering 'Instructor updates e-mail list' but use the Connection Wizard instead
