Extract records is a very powerful tool, which allows you to extract filtered records to a new, fresh diary. For example you can extract the records for a chosen year or extract records for a particular instructor only.

All instructors
Extracts records for the given period, so that the diary can be archived. The new diary becomes the working diary.

My Office Transfer
Copies the entire diary and makes it ready to connect to the remote (My Office) network.

Selected Instructor
Extracts all relevant records and makes the diary ready to connect to your network once it has been installed on instructor's computer.

Distribute diary between instructors
Repeats Selected Instructor procedure for every instructor
