A driving school that uses a server to store the diary can use the built-in instant messaging service.

Go to Network menu and click Mail. The mails are restricted to local area network only. You can see who is currently logged on the system and send a message to the user or broadcast it to all.

Usage: In a busy environment the operators may not have time to wander between desks to ask questions. The mail system helps to communicate between all operators and managers without leaving the workplace and still be on the phone with important customers.

The message is instant and the receiver is notified immediately by a popup window.
