Menu
The password for your User Account is different to the password to access your diary. Both of them are emailed to you at the time of purchase or upgrade. They can be reset only by accessing your User Account.
You can create additional users with their corresponding passwords. This can be done directly in the program and does not require any interaction from your User Account.

If a user has forgotten the password, you can reset it in Multi User Access dialog box. Make sure you log into diary as administrator.
To reset all the passwords, and restore to factory settings, please log on your User Account and click 'Reset multi user access', which gives you step by step instructions of how to do this.
